Service Terms

The short version: this website gives general information and starting prices. Your booking is only final once you sign a Bartending Services Agreement and pay a deposit, and that agreement is what governs your event.
This website is not a contract
Everything on this site, including packages, prices, menus, and descriptions, is general information to help you plan. Sending an inquiry does not book or hold your date. If anything on this website differs from your signed Bartending Services Agreement, the agreement controls.
Pricing
Prices on this site are starting rates. Your final price depends on things like guest count, service hours, menu, location, travel, and staffing, and is confirmed in writing before you book. We may update website prices at any time, but a price confirmed in your signed agreement will not change unless you change your event details.
Booking, deposits, and cancellations
Your date is reserved once we receive your signed agreement and your deposit. Deposits are applied to your total. Payment due dates, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are spelled out in your agreement so you know exactly where you stand before you pay.
Alcohol
Heavens Bartending provides bartending service only. We do not sell, supply, or purchase alcohol for clients. The client buys all alcohol for the event, keeps ownership of it, and keeps any unopened bottles. The client is responsible for making sure alcohol is allowed at the event location and for any venue approvals or permits the location requires.
Responsible service policy
Safety comes first at every event we work. By booking, you agree that our bartenders:
- Serve alcohol only to guests 21 and older, and may ask any guest for a valid photo ID
- May refuse service to anyone who can't show ID, appears underage, or appears intoxicated
- Will not serve anyone who is buying or getting drinks for a minor
- May pause or end alcohol service if conditions become unsafe, such as fights, harassment, or dangerous behavior
Refusing or ending service for these reasons is not a breach of our agreement. Hosts are responsible for their guests' conduct and for arranging safe rides home.
Allergens and ingredients
Some drinks contain raw egg white, citrus, nuts, dairy, or other common allergens. Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs before your event, and guests should ask the bartender about ingredients before ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we can't guarantee a drink is free of cross contact.
Photos and menus on this site
Some photos on this site are sample images from Unsplash and are shown to illustrate the style of service, not a specific event we worked. Drinks shown are examples, and every event gets its own menu.
Content ownership
The Heavens Bartending name, logo, text, and design of this site belong to Heavens Bartending. Please don't copy them without permission. Sample photos belong to their creators and are used under the Unsplash license.
Links to other sites
This site links to services like Instagram and Formspree. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.
Website use
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided as is and may occasionally have errors or be unavailable. If you spot a mistake, let us know and we'll fix it.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. It's built to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and zoom. If anything is hard to use, email heavensbartending@gmail.com and we'll help you directly and work on a fix.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
