The short version: we only collect what you type into our inquiry form, we use it only to reply about your event, we never sell it, and this site uses no cookies, analytics, ads, or tracking.
Who we are
Heavens Bartending is a mobile bartending service based in the Miami, Florida area. This policy covers this website (heavensbartending.netlify.app) and its inquiry form. It does not cover other websites we link to, like Instagram.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry, we receive the answers you choose to fill in. That can include:
- Your name, phone number, email, and how you'd like to be contacted
- Event details like the date, start time, type of event, guest count, city or ZIP, and venue type
- Drink preferences, allergies or dietary needs you tell us about, an optional budget range, and how you found us
- Anything else you write in the message box
- Your confirmation that you're 21 or older and that we may contact you about your inquiry
Please don't include sensitive information like payment card numbers or medical details beyond what we need to plan drinks safely. We never ask for payment information through this website.
Information collected automatically
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels. Like almost every website, though, a few service providers receive basic technical information when your browser loads this site:
- Netlify hosts the site. Its servers may log your IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and to keep the site running.
- Google Fonts delivers the site's typefaces, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.
- Unsplash hosts some of the photos on the site, so it receives the same basic request information when those images load.
We do not control these providers' logs, and each has its own privacy policy.
Saving your form answers (optional)
The inquiry form has a box labeled "Save my answers on this device while I fill this out." It is off unless you turn it on. If you turn it on:
- Your answers are kept only in your own browser, in this one tab (a feature called session storage). They are never sent to us or anyone else until you press Send.
- Your browser deletes them automatically when you close the tab. They are also deleted when you send the form, uncheck the box, or tap "Clear saved answers."
- Your age confirmation and contact consent are never saved. You check those fresh each time.
If you leave the box unchecked, nothing you type is stored on your device by this website. Your browser's own autofill feature may offer to remember things like your name or phone number. That's controlled by your browser settings, not by us.
How we use your information
We use what you send us only to:
- Reply to your inquiry and send you a quote
- Plan, book, and serve your event if you choose to book
- Keep basic business and tax records for events we actually work
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Calls and texts
If you check the contact box on the form, we may call, text, or email you about your inquiry and your event only. We will not send marketing messages unless you separately ask to receive them. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services we use to run the business:
- Formspree, which securely processes the inquiry form and delivers it to our inbox. Formspree stores submissions on its servers under its own privacy policy.
- Our email provider, where your inquiry is received and where we reply to you.
We may also share information if the law requires it, for example to respond to a valid court order.
How long we keep it
If your inquiry doesn't turn into a booking, we delete it from our inbox and form service within 12 months. If you book with us, we keep your contact details, event details, and agreement for as long as reasonably needed for business, tax, and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see below).
How we protect it
This site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, the form is sent over an encrypted connection, and the site uses security settings that block common attacks. Only Heavens Bartending has access to the inquiries we receive. No method of storing or sending information online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email heavensbartending@gmail.com and we'll take care of it, usually within 30 days. We may need to keep certain records if the law requires it.
Age requirement and children
Our service involves alcohol, so inquiries must come from people 21 or older. This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't use information you already sent in a new way without letting you know.
